Thomas J. Baltimore, Jr. serves as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. Prior to joining Park Hotels, Mr. Baltimore served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) and as a member of its board of trustees from RLJ’s IPO in 2011 until May 11, 2016 (when he joined Park Hotels). Prior to that, Mr. Baltimore co-founded RLJ Development, RLJ’s predecessor entity, and served as its President from 2000 until 2011. Previously, Mr. Baltimore held senior positions with Hilton Hotels Corporation, Marriott Corporation and also Host Marriott Services Corporation. Mr. Baltimore currently serves on the board of directors of American Express Company (NYSE: AXP) and Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA). Mr. Baltimore is currently Co-Chair of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit) Dividends Through Diversity, Equity & Inclusion CEO Council and also serves on the boards of the University of Virginia Investment Management Company (UVIMCO), UVA McIntire School of Commerce Foundation, and The Real Estate Roundtable. He was recently selected for the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) Executive Committee. Mr. Baltimore received his Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce, University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Colgate Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Sean M. Dell’Orto serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. Mr. Dell’Orto served most recently as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HLT) from September 2012 until November 2016. Mr. Dell’Orto previously served as Vice President of Corporate Finance of Hilton from February 2010 until September 2012. During his tenure at Hilton, Mr. Dell’Orto also served as Chairman of Hilton’s Global Benefits Investment Committee. Prior to his tenure at Hilton, Mr. Dell’Orto served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Barceló Crestline Corporation and as Vice President and Treasurer of Highland Hospitality Corporation. Mr. Dell’Orto received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Virginia and his Master of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Dell’Orto currently serves on the board of directors for the University of Virginia Foundation.

Carl A. Mayfield serves as Executive Vice President – Design & Construction of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mayfield served most recently as the Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) and RLJ Development, LLC from February 2004 to September 2018. Prior to his tenure at RLJ, Mr. Mayfield served as the Project Executive for Georgetown University’s $300 million, mixed-use campus expansion project and held senior positions representing Washington Sports and Entertainment and The World Bank. Mr. Mayfield received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from University of Delaware and his Master of Science degree in real estate development from Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Mayfield serves on the board of directors of the American Red Cross of the National Capital Region and the Montgomery County Boys and Girls Club. He is also an executive mentor to graduate students at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Thomas C. Morey serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Investment Officer of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. Prior to his appointment as Chief Investment Officer in January 2020, Mr. Morey served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Park Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Park Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Morey served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE: WRE) from October 2008 until July 2016. From February 2006 until September 2008, he served in a business role as Chief Operating Officer of Medical Funding Services, Inc., a provider of financial and administrative services to healthcare companies. Previously, Mr. Morey served as a corporate partner with Hogan & Hartson LLP, a multi-national law firm (now known as Hogan Lovells US LLP). From 1997 until 1998, Mr. Morey was a corporate attorney with Jones Day in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Morey is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce and also previously served on the Executive Committee of the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Morey received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and his Juris Doctor degree from Duke Law School.

Jill C. Olander serves as Executive Vice President, Human Resources of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: HLT) and as Senior Director of Human Resources Consulting from April 2010 until July 2013. Prior to that, Ms. Olander served as Vice President of Human Resources for Allied Capital (Acquired by Ares Capital Management in 2010), a private equity investment firm and mezzanine capital lender, from April 2006 until January 2010. Previously, Ms. Olander also held various Human Resources management roles at Chevy Chase Bank (now Capital One Bank), Deloitte & Touche and Capital One Financial. Ms. Olander received her Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University.

Prior to that role, Ms. Vu served as Senior Counsel at RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) from 2013 to 2014 and at Choice Hotels International from 2010 to 2013. Joseph M. Piantedosi serves as Executive Vice President, Asset Management of Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. Mr. Piantedosi joined Park in 2017 and was promoted to Senior Vice President in September 2021 and Executive Vice President in December 2023. Prior to joining Park, Mr. Piantedosi served as Vice President, Asset Management at DiamondRock Hospitality (NYSE: DRH) from 2014 until 2017. Prior to joining DiamondRock, Mr. Piantedosi spent 14 years in various finance and hotel operations roles with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. Mr. Piantedosi received his Bachelor of Science degree from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Rebecca worked in acquisitions and asset management at LaSalle Hotel Properties from 2010-2014 and from 2004-2007, and in U.S. real estate investments at The Carlyle Group from 2007 until 2010. Ms. Flemming received her Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
