When was Park formed?

We were originally incorporated as a Delaware corporation in 1946 and existed as part of one of Hilton’s business segments. On January 3, 2017, Hilton completed the spin-off that resulted in our establishment as an independent, publicly-traded company. Our portfolio initially launched with 67 Hilton-affiliated hotels and resorts that are operated by Hilton via management agreements.

Is Park a real estate investment trust (REIT)?

Does Park operate its own hotels?

As a lodging REIT, our hotels are generally managed by a qualified third party hotel management company. However, we currently operate four “select” hotels.
