the tax reporting information for its 2017 cash and stock distributions
on its Common Stock.
The distributions, totaling $4.63 per share, were paid as follows: $2.79
on March 9, 2017; $0.43 on April 17, 2017; $0.43 on July 17, 2017; $0.43
on October 16, 2017; and $0.55 on January 16, 2018.
The dividends for 2017, totaling $4.41 per share, are classified for
income tax purposes as $4.41 (100%) Total ordinary dividends (including
qualified dividends), and $2.620048 (59.4115%) Qualified dividends.
