Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (NYSE: PK) (the “Company”) today announced
the tax reporting information for its 2018 cash distributions on its
Common Stock.
The distributions, totaling $2.74 per share, were paid as follows: $0.43
on April 16, 2018; $0.43 on July 16, 2018; $0.45 on July 16, 2018; $0.43
on October 15, 2018; and $1.00 on January 15, 2019.
For income tax purposes, the dividends for 2018, totaling $2.96 per
share, are classified as $1.636793 (55.2971%) Total ordinary dividends
and $1.323207 (44.7029%) Total capital gain distribution. The Total
ordinary dividends include Section 199A dividends of $1.636793 and the
Total capital gain distribution includes $0.366027 of Unrecaptured Sec.
1250 gain.
